Our workouts will follow a pattern over several weeks. That’s because we use 8–10 week cycles with specific goals in mind. This approach ensures that you’re consistently building strength, endurance, and skill, rather than just doing random exercises with no clear purpose.

Each cycle has a clear focus—whether it’s increasing your squat strength, improving your Olympic lifts, or building endurance for longer metcons. Here’s how it works:

  1. Goal Setting: At the start of each cycle, we establish a primary focus—like increasing strength on major lifts or shaving time off a cardio workout.

  2. Strategic Progression: We program movements and rep schemes that build on each other, gradually increasing intensity and complexity as the weeks go on.

  3. Testing and Retesting: At the end of each cycle, we test your progress. This might be a max-effort lift or a repeat WOD to see how far you’ve come.

We also use percentages in our strength programming because you don’t need to try for a 1-rep max every day to get stronger. You don’t have to lift heavier every single week to see improvement.
