  • Great! The first thing we need to do is get you prepared for classes. We'll work 1 on 1 with you to teach you all the technical movements you'll need to join classes. This ensures that you know the safest way to perform the movements, the purpose of these, and to create great habits to ensure long-term success. During our On-Ramp, we ensure safe movement through 4 sessions that are booked for your convenience, and are completely tailored to suit your needs and experience level.

PERSONAL TRAINING

If the group environment isn’t for you, or if you’ve got goals that you feel need some 1-to-1 assistance, then our Personal Training could be for you. You’ll work with one of our experienced coaches to go through what you want to achieve, outline a plan, and work with them in private or in small group sessions.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is the key to a balanced, healthy lifestyle, feeling your best and taking you to the next level with your fitness goals. We use customized macronutrient counting to develop a unique flexible eating plan to support each client’s personal goals, lifestyle and needs.

    After our initial consultation and completing our detailed intake form, you will receive a set of macros (or a few depending on your goals), along with a detailed write-up of lifestyle habits you should implement to make reaching your goals even easier.

  • $210.00 for 4 Weeks of Coaching

    After our initial consultation and completing our detailed intake form, you will receive a starting set of macros along with a comprehensive write-up of lifestyle habit changes we would advise.

    With this plan, you, check in each week online using our online portal. We analyze your progress and food logs, making adjustments as necessary to help you reach your goals.
